A young woman’s died in a collision with a lorry in south Wiltshire this afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the A36 at Little Wishford just before 3pm following the crash involving two vehicles.
A woman, in her 20s from the Bournemouth area, driving a Fiat Panda was killed when her car hit a lorry.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “Our thoughts are with her family at this tragic time.
“Police, fire and ambulance were called to the scene and the road was closed between Stapleford and Wilton for almost seven hours.
“Anyone who witnessed the collision should call us on 101 and quote log 219 of today.”
