A woman has suffered numerous puncture wounds in a dog attack in Melksham.
Police are investigating the incident, which happened at Shurnhold Fields Country Park between 1.15pm and 1.30pm on Sunday afternoon (26 May).
The victim was walking her own dog when another dog broke free from its owner and ran towards her.
In a bid to protect her pet, she picked it up. The other dog then bit the victim on the arm, causing puncture wounds.
Officers have released photos of two suspects they want to speak to about the attack.
A force spokesperson said: “We are appealing to the public for help in identifying the two people photographed, who are thought to know each other.
