A woman has been arrested for murder after a man died with ‘serious injuries’.
Emergency services were called to Thorne Close, in Coombe Bissett near Salisbury, at around 3pm following an incident at an address.
Despite the best efforts of first responders, the man – aged in his 50s – was declared dead at the scene. His family have been informed.
The property was cordoned off as a crime scene whilst forensic work is carried out.
A woman, aged in her 40s, was arrested on suspicion of murder. She remains in custody.
