A car has collided with a house in Wiltshire in a crash on a major A-road.
Emergency services were called the incident on the A338 Collingbourne Kingston at around 6pm this evening (Thursday).
A white van and a red Ford Fiesta were involved in the crash, with the Fiesta impacting a garden fence and subsequently, a house.
Thankfully, the collision isn’t thought to have significantly damaged the residential property – but the fence was partially demolished.
The female occupant of the Fiesta was taken to hospital by a local resident for assessment. She is not believed to have sustained any serious injuries.
The road was partially blocked, with villagers directing traffic past the scene. It was later closed by police for recovery work but has since reopened.
