An 18-year-old Wiltshire woman has appeared in court charged with a 19 sexual offences.
Sophie Elms, of Station Road in Royal Wootton Bassett, is most notably charged with sexually assaulting two girls aged two and three between 2016 and March this year.
She’s also accused of possessing indecent images of children, distributing indecent images (some deemed to be in the most serious category), and possession of extreme animal pornography.
Elms didn’t enter a plea, and the case was sent to Swindon Crown Court. The first hearing will take place on 26 October this year, where she will be asked to enter a plea.
The court set bail conditions for Elms; she’s not to contact a number of people. Their identities are protected by court reporting restrictions due to children being involved in the case.
