A Wiltshire man has denied murdering his three-month-old baby girl.
Samuel Warnock, 28, is charged with the murder of Miyah Warnock in September 2021.
The youngster was taken to Bristol Children’s Hospital on 20 September and died a month later.
At Winchester Crown Court today (7 July), he pleaded not guilty to the charge. He has been remanded in custody.
His wife, Jasmine Warnock, 28, is charged with causing or allowing the death of a child – an offence she denies. She has been released on conditional bail.
Both defendants, from Devizes, are due to stand trial at Winchester Crown Court starting 12 January.
