Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a gunshot was fired at door in Swindon.
Police officers were called to a disturbance at a property on Mackenzie Close in Liden in the early hours of Monday morning, 4 June.
It’s understood that a gunshot was heard and police attended the scene later on Monday.
Talking to Wiltshire 999s, one local resident said: “I heard a gunshot at around 2am. Who even shot the gun sped off in a car on Liden Drive. It was scary.
“Forensics were there yesterday taking photos of the door and left in the afternoon.”
Officers are appealing for any witnesses who may have heard or seen anything suspicious to come forward. This also applies to any unusual or suspicious vehicles in the area at this time of day.
