A van has overturned in a dramatic two-vehicle crash on an A420 junction.
Emergency services were called to a road traffic collision on the busy route, just west of Chippenham, at around 7.30am this morning (Friday).
A Davis Groundworks-branded van and a grey Ford Kuga were involved in the incident at the crossroads with Biddestone Lane.
The van sustained front-end damage and flipped onto its side on impact with the car, which was forced off the road and into a nearby hedgerow.
Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance was sent to the scene alongside a fire crew and police.
The A420 was blocked for a short time while 999 crews attended – but has since reopened. Biddestone Lane remains closed for recovery work.
Nobody is believed to have sustained significant injuries in the crash – but further updates can be expected from authorities later today.
