A woman’s died after a car crashed into a house in North Somerset tonight.
Emergency services were called to the scene in Yeolands Drive, Clevedon, at around 8.30pm today, where a property sustained significant damage in the fatal collision.
The occupants of the vehicle, a man and a woman, have been arrested.
Residents in a number of neighbouring homes have been evacuated as a precaution following concerns a gas pipe was damaged as a result of the incident.
