Two men were stabbed after travelling more than 20 miles to sell a bicycle in Trowbridge yesterday.
At around 1pm, the two victims – aged 19 and 25 – travelled to the county town from Pewsey to exchange the bicycle with an unknown man after arrangements were made over the phone.
When they arrived in the College Street area of Trowbridge, they were attacked by two men.
One victim suffered a stab wound to the back of the leg, a slice wound to the leg and a slice wound to the hand; the other sustained stab wounds to the knee. Their injuries aren’t life-threatening.
Following the attack, both injured men took an approximately 20-minute-long journey to an address in Devizes where police and ambulance were called.
The offenders, thought to be in their late teens, are described as:
Male 1: 5ft 8in tall, wearing a grey Adidas hoodie, black joggers and black shoes
Male 2: Mixed race, with brown hair, brown eyes and dressed all in black
No arrests have been made.
