A Wiltshire man is among four people charged over the Frome coach crash.
Numerous schoolchildren were injured when the vehicle overturned on the B3090 Oldford Hill on 28 November last year – sparking a huge emergency response.
Following an investigation into the circumstances, Avon and Somerset Police has announced that four people have been charged.
All four men are employed by Arleen Coach Hire and Services Limited.
Company directors Justin Spiller, 39, Kristian Spiller, 38, Alan Spiller, 66, all from Peasedown St John, Somerset, are accused of using a motor vehicle in a condition likely to cause injury.
Christopher Giles, 33, from Trowbridge – understood to work for the firm as a mechanic – has also been charged with the same offence under the Road Traffic Act 1988.
They are due to appear at Bath Magistrates’ Court tomorrow (Friday 9 June).
