Three men have been arrested after police carried out raids on a Swindon estate.
Police undertook drugs warrants at two homes in Penhill at around midnight today (18 January), entering both properties using force simultaneously.
At a flat in Staverton Way, at least eight police officers were seen to be in attendance after first forcing entry to the communal area.
The three men, aged 19, 26, and 40, were all arrested on suspicion of committing drug-related crimes.
“Police executed two simultaneous warrants in Penhill last night”, a spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said.
Adding: “A 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
“Two men, aged 19 and 40, were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
“All three remain in custody at Gablecross Police Station.”
