A teenage girl has been sexually assaulted by a man who followed her in Swindon.
It’s said the victim was walking along Faringdon Road when she was attacked by the suspect at around 4pm on Tuesday 2 May.
“He approached her from behind and then touched her inappropriately over her clothing”, Wiltshire Police said.
Adding: “The assault was witnessed by a male member of the public who called out, at which point the suspect left the scene.”
The force would like to hear from the man who witnessed the incident or any other members of the public who were in the area at the time who might be able to help identify the person responsible.
