Cheney Manor Road was closed while firefighters tackled a vehicle blaze this evening.

One fire crew from Westlea rushed to the scene – on the Ferndale Road junction of the road – just before 4.30pm today, Monday 23 October.
A team effort, firefighters pushed the car out of the road and it was reopend at 5pm.
