A Swindon couple have been charged with having a catalog of child abuse images.
Harley Drew and Mitchell Thomas, both of Burnet Close, face a string of serious allegations.
31-year-old Drew is charged with:
• Making 156 indecent images of children in Category A – the most serious
• Making 134 indecent images of children in Category B
• Making 33 indecent images of children in Category C
The alleged offending is said to have taken place between September 2023 and April 2025.
25-year-old Thomas is charged with:
• Making 12 indecent images of children in Category A – the most serious
• Making 11 indecent images of children in Category B
• Making 3 indecent images of children in Category C
• Possessing 46 prohibited images of a child
The alleged offending is said to have taken place between May 2022 and April 2025.
The defendants are due to appear at Swindon Magistrates Court on Tuesday (26 January).
