A suicidal person has been brought down from edge of car park in Swindon town centre.
Police and ambulance crews attended Islington Street at around 10am this morning – closing the road to motorists and pedestrians until around 11am while the incident was dealt with.
It’s not clear whether the person was on the Whalebridge car park or the Fleming Way Car Park on Gordon Gardens at this time.
The patient was brought down from the car park and taken to an ambulance.
