Police have cordoned off a path in Swindon after a takeaway wall collapsed during Storm Eunice.
Part of The Trident Chip Shop wall, connecting with The Khyber, has fallen into the road.
Police officers have taped off the area in Regent Circus to prevent pedestrians being injured.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “Please avoid the area near to the Regent Circus development.
”Significant damage has been caused to the building roof as a result of Storm Eunice, therefore the road outside has been closed and a cordon is in place.
”Police and the fire service are currently at the scene.
“Please only travel if essential – officers are extremely busy due to unprecedented levels of calls into our communication centre regarding weather related incidents.”
