A dead puppy has been discovered in a rucksack floating in water this morning.
The RSPCA are now understood to have taken the body of the small brown dog after it was found in Liden Lagoon. It was found wrapped in black bags inside the larger bag.
Wiltshire Police have been informed, and are believed to be investigating. Anyone with information should contact police by calling 101 immediately.
