A road near Trowbridge has been closed following a serious road traffic collision.
Two air ambulance teams and local ambulance crews are currently (5pm) attending the scene on the A361 Frome Road.
The road is blocked by police in both directions between Green Lane and Rode Hill.
Emergency services are believed to have first arrived at the incident at around 4pm this afternoon.
The incident appears to be ambulance-led, with a casualty lying on the floor being treated at the roadside.
The Wiltshire Air Ambulance helicopter and a land crew in a rapid response vehicle are both in attendance, arriving ar shortly after 4.30pm.
