A road is blocked near Faringdon after a coach got stuck on a bridge over the River Thames.

The incident happened on the A4095 Radcot Road, in Radcot, at around 7.45am this morning (Wednesday, 2 November).

A Barnes coach became wedged on the humpback bridge and is currently stuck.

It’s not the first time a large vehicle has become stuck trying to travel over the bridge.

Google Maps shows significant delays for motorists attempting to pass through the area, with the road expected to close for recovery work imminently.
