Police have swarmed a road near Swindon – arresting a man for serious offences.
Officers responded to reports of a domestic-related incident in Skylark, Blunsdon, at around 6pm on Monday evening (27 April).
A 60-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of false imprisonment and intentional strangulation.
He was also arrested over an allegation that he obstructed a police officer in the execution of their duty at the scene.
Following questioning in custody, he was released on bail while the investigation continues.
