Wiltshire Police has issued an update following a serious crash at Castle Combe Curcuit.

Emergency services, including Great Western Air Ambulance, were called to the horror smash at around 12.45pm on Saturday afternoon (3 September)

A grey BMW collided with the rear of a Honda while partaking in a track day event – causing the car to roll numerous times.

The non-professional driver, a man in his 20s from Chepstow, Wales, suffered minor injuries.

Police say a woman sustained “serious injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing”.

The woman, in her 20s from Blackwood, Wales, is understood to be the driver’s partner.

Eyewitnesses claim specialist officers from Wiltshire Police carried out a collision investigation following the incident.
