A police pursuit came to an abrupt end in a quiet resident street in Swindon last night.

Police officers, in two unmarked cars and one marked car, sped into Ridge Nether Moor in Liden at just before midnight last night, following a dark-coloured vehicle.

Realising it was a dead-end road, the driver decamped and fled officers on foot. A foot pursuit took place but it’s unclear at this time whether the suspect was arrested.

This is the moment when a police pursuit came to an end in a quiet residential street in #Swindon last night.
