Police are urgently appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of a man who is missing from the Swindon area.
Jeremiah, 28, has been missing since around 7.40pm last night (Friday, 2 August), from the Great Western Hospital, and officers are extremely concerned about his welfare.
Jeremiah is described as a black male, of average build.
He was last seen wearing a white bucket hat, blue coat/jacket, black trainers with white soles and navy joggers (as seen in this image).
If you see Jeremiah we would urge you not to approach him but call 999 immediately quoting log number 421 of yesterday’s date (August).
