Wiltshire Police says it is investigating the cause of a crash in Brinkworth last night.
Emergency services were called to the collision on the B4042, near The Lone Fir, at 8pm where a Ford Fiesta has swerved across both sides of the road and come to rest in a ditch.
The driver, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital as a precautionary measure. He’s not believed to have suffered any injures in the crash.
The driver is said to have lost control of the vehicle, but police are investigating the circumstances.
A Wiltshire Police spokesman said: “Shortly before 8pm yesterday (25/06) we received a call about a single-vehicle road traffic collision on the B4042 at Brinkworth.
“Officers attended and the driver of a black Ford Fiesta, a man in his 30s, was taken to Great Western Hospital as a precaution.
“Our enquiries into the cause of the collision are ongoing.”
