Police ‘concerned’ about Swindon man who went missing

Police are ‘concerned’ about a Swindon man who went missing today (Friday).

Philip left his address in Beech Avenue, Pinehurst, at around 1.30pm this afternoon.

Officers working to locate the 71-year-old are now appealing for help from the public.

A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said that they are “very concerned for his welfare.”

He is described as around 6ft tall, with glasses, short grey hair and a grey beard.

He is thought to be wearing a grey beanie hat, black trousers and a black polo. He may be wearing a black coat with grey markings.

The CCTV image shows Philip on Tuesday, and he is thought to be wearing the same attire.

If you see him, please call police on 999 quoting log 226 of today’s date (20 December).
