Emergency services are currently attending a person in distress on a motorway bridge in Swindon.
Police officers were first at the scene on the M4 Junction 16 interchange this evening following reports of a person being the wrong side of the barriers.
The patient is now the right side of the barriers and is in the care of paramedics. They will be taken to Great Western Hospital or a place of safety for assessment.
