Chomba Mwabe, 28, of Old Town, Swindon, is described as black, approximately 6 ft 1 inch tall, of medium build, with black hair and brown eyes.
Police are urging anyone with information about Mwabe’s whereabouts to contact them on 101 and quote crime reference number 54200029766. In an emergency, always call 999.
