There are severe delays on Great Western Way this evening following a serious incident.
Police and ambulance are currently at the scene, near Swindon College, where a male casualty is receiving CPR on the central reservation. It’s believed the incident happened at just after 5pm.
Wiltshire Air Ambulance landed nearby at 5.55pm in a field off Northern Road.
The nature of the incident isn’t clear at this stage. Updates to follow.
