A paedophile hunter sting has led to the arrest of a man in a Wiltshire village.
Police were called to a residential property in Heytesbury, near Warminster, shortly after 6pm on Thursday (15th March).
During a live stream on social media, members of a paedophile hunting group confronted the a man in his garden. The video has since been deleted.
It’s claimed the man was engaging in sexually explicit chats with a 13-year-old girl online, which turned out to be a decoy account.
Wiltshire Police confirmed that officers attended the address and arrested a 59-year-old man “on suspicion of sexual communications with a child”.
A spokesperson added: “He is currently in police custody.”
