Police are appealing for information after a vicious dog attacked sheep near Swindon.
The incident took place at Liddington Hillfort on Thursday 3 July, when a black Doberman reportedly attacked livestock in the area.
Officers investigating the matter are now asking the owner of the dog to come forward.
They are also urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident to get in touch.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “Officers investigating an incident in which a dog attacked sheep at Liddington Hillfort – near Swindon on Thursday 3 July – are appealing for the owner of a black Doberman to contact them.
“We are also appealing to anyone who may have been in the area at the time, who may have witnessed what took place.”
