A man wanted by Wiltshire Police for robbery and kidnap offences is actively using his Facebook profile to mock the police while on the run.
In recent days, Lee Mapstone, 36, has shared posts from The HMP Bible and posted photograph of him walking past a police officer in the street – calling him ‘thick’.
Mapstone is described as male, white, 183cm tall, medium build. He has a tattoo on his neck with the name ‘Tracy’ and a heart on his right arm.
Though from Swindon, his Facebook posts indicate that he’s currently in the London area.
Inspector Mark Kent said: “I am seeking the public’s help to locate this man as soon as possible. If you do see him please do not approach him, instead call 999 immediately and give his exact location, description of clothing and any items he may be carrying.”
If you have any other information in relation to the whereabouts of Lee Mapstone please call Wiltshire Police on 101, or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
