A park in South Wiltshire was cordoned off this morning after the discovery of a man’s body.
Emergency services were called to the scene behind Partridge Way, Old Sarum, at around 7am.
Police officers were guarding a crime scene around the majority of the green space between Salisbury Football Club and Old Sarum Community Centre until 9am.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “We were called at just before 7am today to the sudden death of a man in his 20s in the Old Sarum area of Salisbury.
“There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and a file will be prepared on behalf of H M Coroner for Wiltshire.”
