UPDATE: Biker, 20, narrowly avoids prison for 120mph police chase on A350
A motorcyclist is to be sentenced for dangerously riding his bike in Chippenham.
Ellis Filkins is due to appear at Swindon Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (29 October).
The 20-year-old, of Wick Lane, Lacock, previously admitted charges of dangerous driving and using a motor vehicle without insurance.
The incident involved a Aprilia happened on the A350 in Chippenham on 7 July this year.
At the previous hearing, magistrates adjourned the case for a pre-sentence report.
