A man wielding a machete has been detained by police outside the Principality Stadium in Cardiff ahead of tonight’s Justin Bieber concert.
South Wales Police said that the incident was a dispute between two motorists; both of which have been arrested and are in custody at Cardiff Bay Police Station.
