A man was rushed to hospital following a serious assault in central Swindon.
Police and paramedics were called to the incident off Faringdon Road shortly before 11.30pm on Thursday (8 September).
A man in his 30s was reportedly attacked in the Cambria Place area.
Wiltshire Police confirmed officers were called to a report of an assault, and found a man with a head injury.
He was rushed to hospital for treatment, but his injury isn’t believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
A force spokesperson further confirmed that an investigation was underway but no arrests have been made as of midday yesterday (Friday, 9 September).
