A man has died after emergency services raced to an incident in Trowbridge.
999 crews were called to a property in Sycamore Grove shortly before 2pm on Monday (4 August).
Ambulance crews, working with air ambulance critical care medics, battled to save the life of a man aged in his 40s.
Despite their best efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Wiltshire Police said that the incident is “not being treated as suspicious”.
Officers remained on site for several hours, awaiting the arrival of an undertaker.
A spokesperson for South Western Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 13:40hrs on Monday 04 August to an incident in Trowbridge.
“We sent one double-crewed land ambulance, and an operations officer and two critical care cars to the scene.”
