A man has been found dead after emergency services rushed to a Melksham home.
999 crews responded to a serious incident at a property in Scotland Road shortly after 3pm on Wednesday (20 May).
Firefighters forced entry into an address after concerns were raised for the welfare of a man inside.
A man, aged in his 40s, was found dead. Wiltshire Police confirmed that there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
“Our thoughts are with his family”, a force spokesperson said.
Locals reported seeing lots of emergency vehicles on scene, along with detectives. Police officers remained at the property until around 8pm.
