A man has been caught on CCTV committing a despicable crime – stealing a charity collection tin from the counter of a Swindon cafe.
The male, thought to be in his twenties, walked into Ray’s Ice Cream on Devizes Road at around 6.15pm on Saturday 2 September, and bagged the tin – which was collecting spare change for the Ruby’s Fat Cow Fund, who raise money for charities.
