A man has been arrested following a reported sexual assault at a Swindon Asda.
The arrest, which follows an incident at the supermarket at Orbital Shopping Centre, has sparked a police appeal for a key witness.
The assault is reported to have taken place on Friday 21 August at around 2pm.
A man was arrested a short time later in Asda and has since been released on bail.
During this time, a witness who had been shopping in the store approached the person who reported the incident.
Police believe the man may be able to assist with their enquiries. He may also have interacted with the suspect before the arrest.
The witness is described as white, tall and of a slim build. He was wearing shorts and may have been wearing a white T-shirt.
