A man ‘armed with a blade’ was arrested after an incident in Trowbridge.
Emergency services were called to reports of a suspect causing damage to the Applegreen service station on Bythesea Road at around 3pm on Saturday (18 March).
Several police vehicles were seen in attendance, alongside a paramedic officer and an ambulance.
Wiltshire Police confirmed that a man, aged in his 40s, was arrested on suspicion of assault, criminal damage and possessing a bladed article in a public place.
He has since been released on bail.
