A man’s been reported for careless driving after hitting a pedestrian in Swindon.
Emergency services were called to a road traffic collision in Commercial Road at around 2pm today (23 December).
A Toyota Auris struck a female pedestrian, whose age is unknown, causing her injuries.
Wiltshire Police has confirmed the driver, a man in his 20s, has been reported for driving without due care and attention.
A witness reported seeing at least four police vehicles and an ambulance in attendance shortly before 3pm.
The casualty isn’t believed to have suffered and significant injuries.
The road was temporarily closed while 999 crews dealt with the incident it was reopened an hour later.
