There are major delays on the A303 after a person was serious injured in a collision.
Emergency services were called to the crash near Amesbury at around 3.30am this morning (Wednesday).
Further details about the incident are unclear, other than the fact one person has been taken to hospital for injuries believed to be serious.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “The road is closed eastbound from the Countess roundabout including the Solstice services, and westbound at Parkhouse roundabout but will be reopening as soon as possible.
“Thank you for your patience.”
