A lorry engulfed in flames has blocked a major A-road this morning (Tuesday).
Emergency services were called to the A417 just north of Cirencester at around 7.30am.
Police are expected to close, or partially close, the road northbound near The Highwayman Inn shortly as firefighters battle the blaze.
The lorry fire is expected to cause significant delays to motorists travelling towards Birdlip. Traffic on the southbound carriageway is slow, but it remains open.
