A man’s likely to be recalled to prison after being charged with an assault on a 15-year-old boy.

The attack happened on Monday evening, near Grange Community Centre in Stratton, Swindon, with footage of the incident being uploaded to Facebook shortly afterwards.

The video showed a teenager, sat with friends on a bench in a field, when they were approached by a man who punched him in the face.

A 23-year-old was arrested on Tuesday, and has since been charged with assault. He’s been remanded in custody and police say he is likely to be recalled to prison by the Probation Service.
