Emergency services are currently in attendance of a serious incident near shops in Swindon.
Police and ambulance were called to the scene at around 1.30pm this afternoon after an 18-year-old was man stabbed near Tesco in Toothill Village Centre.
At least eight police vehicles and several ambulance vehicles are at the incident.
There’s a large crime scene in place.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “Officers were called to a disorder outside Tesco in Toothill village centre, Swindon, at approximately 1.10pm today.
“An 18-year-old man is believed to have sustained stab wounds to his leg and arm. He has been taken to the Great Western Hospital by ambulance.
“Officers are currently conducting extensive enquiries at the scene.
“Anyone who witnessed the incident should call 101 and quote log number 147 of today.”
Armed police are also in attendance of an address in Edington Close, not far from the incident. It’s believed to be related.
