UPDATE: The Crown Prosecution Service has withdrawn all charges against Oliver Dale. The case concludes.
A huntsman has been charged with pursuing foxes across the Cotswolds.
46-year-old Oliver Dale is accused of hunting a wild mammal with dogs, contrary to Section 1 of the Hunting Act 2004, on three occasions.
The allegations relate to operations by The North Cotswold Hunt on 12 October, 2 November and 16 November 2024.
Dale, of Cheltenham, is due to appear before Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 16 May.
