A forklift operator’s died while working at a factory in Trowbridge yesterday afternoon.
Emergency services, including Wiltshire Air Ambulance, were called to the LF Beauty on White Horse Business Park at around 3.50pm on Tuesday 17 April.
The helicopter, carrying critical care medics, landed near to the premises on Aintree Avenue.
Despite their efforts, a man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: “We were called to a report of a man suffering what was believed to be a cardiac arrest on the White Horse Business Park in Trowbridge yesterday shortly before 4pm.
“Ambulance crews were in attendance but sadly the man, aged 30, died at the scene.”
Police say they are in the process of contacting his next of kin.
LF Beauty were unavailable for comment before the time of publishing.
