Firefighters were called to tackle a blaze near Swindon College this evening.
Black smoke could be seen billowing from the woodland area just off Great Western Way and North Star Avenue at just before 5pm today, 5 September.
A tent, two fridges and a tree were well alight when firefighters arrived on scene.
One fire crew from Swindon attended, and extinguished the fire within minutes.
The cause of the fire is currently unknown.
