Firefighters have raced to tackle a number of wildfires in two Wiltshire towns.
Emergency services were called to raging field fires in both Westbury and Bradford on Avon this afternoon (Friday).
Fire crews were initially called to a blaze near the Water Recycling Centre in Westbury.
The second fire broke out near Bradford on Avon Sailing Club, with a third igniting in the vicinity – possibly due to embers in the wind.
The incidents saw a significant emergency response, with firefighters from across the county responding – including a water carrier from Royal Wootton Bassett.
999 crews remain on scene in both towns, dampening down the areas.
